I have known Pat since the 1970s when we were in the same secondary school. We were very close friends and it was simply natural for me to have him later as my Financial Planner. As a couple that is moving into the next phase of our life, my wife and I were looking to fulfil some short term goals in preparation for our future needs. As a final year university student, I hopped on the bandwagon when all my friends started buying insurance policies for themselves. However, I had little to no knowledge about the types of policies and the vast amount of information from various companies made me feel very overwhelmed and confused. Thankfully, my parents recommended me to Uncle Patrick and Aunty Audrey. It was very nerve-wrecking for me at first before meeting them as I was afraid that I would have silly questions. But all my fear was gone after I met them. They are very friendly and they constantly assured me that it was important for me understand the policies I was purchasing. Despite my many questions, they were patient in explaining all the different products and even recommended policies that were most relevant and important for me at my age.
